Our team of Chefs is a dedicated husband-wife duo, committed to creating mouth-watering dishes using traditional recipes passed down through generations of traditional Punjabi cooking. Our family experience has been passed down from grandmother to grandmother, guarded and gate kept, we've adjusted these methods and implemented them into our gazebo kitchen started in 2016 by us with our 20 years professional kitchen experience between us. Our cooking methods have been developed by guidance from Soneeta's Mum and frequent kitchen appearances from family and friends. We pride ourselves on providing the best dishes around and will soon be joined by a father and son duo, when  Joshi has passed his hygiene training of course.

Our mobile kitchen is one of the places you will find us, perfecting our recipes, and experimenting with new ones. Over time, we have honed our skills, and our passion for cooking has grown stronger each day. Despite a modest kitchen, we have managed to create a name for ourselves in the local Yorkshire community, with many people raving about our famous Daddy's Bhaji's and our creamy Mum's Special Chicken Curry.
